Online Returns & Exchanges Policy

All online sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Eligible items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept exchanges on:

  • Feminine wash or other hygiene products
  • Opened or unsealed shampoo, conditioner, oils, or other hair products
  • Opened hair grease or styling products
  • Hair spray
  • Opened hair color boxes
  • Lip gloss or lipstick
  • Earrings or body jewelry
  • Deodorant
  • Unraveled hair packs

We also do not accept exchanges on:

  • Any opened or unsealed package
  • Any used product
  • Used electrical tools, including clippers, trimmers, flat irons, and hair dryers

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong item, please contact us within 2–3 days of delivery so we can review and assist.

To request an exchange, customers must contact us first at todaybeautysupply@gmail.com with their order number and details of the item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.
